Warranty and Return Policy – Shop with Confidence at Sahratec

We guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchases from Sahratec:

Warranty:

Eligible products include an actual warranty of 6 months for desktop devices and 45 days only for laptops from the date of receipt (against technical defects, and the warranty covers repair or replacement, not return).

Return Policy:

You may request a replacement within 7 days of receipt, and a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be in its original condition, without damage or scratches. Original condition means the box must not be opened.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of return without a technical reason, and amount to 67 Saudi Riyals per way (shipping costs are fully borne by the customer if the product has no issue).

Exchange Policy:

Only products with defects can be exchanged; sound/undamaged products are not accepted for exchange.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days.
